Are your videos Mac-compatible? Absolutely! Our videos are available in Quicktime mp4 format, so you can play them on your Mac, iPhone, iPod iPad etc.
Slow or broken video downloads? We do everything possible to maintain a fast web server so your viewing entertainment is not interrupted. We have several quality levels of most videos on our site. Our high-quality exclusive videos are encoded at a very high bit-rate and the file sizes are quite large. A high-speed internet connection is recommended for high-quality viewing.
As a first solution, please try downloading the complete video first. Some internet connections cannot maintain the speed necessary to stream the videos uninterrupted. To do this, right-click on the "download link" and saving the video file to your computer hard drive. This will allow you to play the entire video right from your computer and enable you to instantly skip back and forth throughout the video.
If you are streaming the video in your browser or video player and the video stalls, just pause your player for a few minutes until the player has time to buffer the video file.
For members with persistent problems with broken downloads due to connection interruptions from their Internet Service Provider, we suggest using a Download Manager. These clever programs can restore broken downloads and resume where you left off without starting over. A free trial of Internet Download Accelerator can be found here.
Due to traffic spikes on the site you may infrequently experience temporary slowdowns. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact us via our support email and we will quickly rectify the problem. We have yet to leave a member unsatisfied once they have asked us for help.
I'm unable to see some images inside the member's area? Sometimes your Firewall or Antivirus software may be preset with very restrictive settings. Since we use a utility called Proxypass to protect our content, this utility may clash with your Firewall/Antivirus software. We recommend that you relax some of your Firewall/Antivirus settings. We don't recommend that you completely disable your protection software but just reduce settings to a less paranoid level.
How often and when do you update? We update 3 times per week... 2 new photosets and 1 new video. In a typical month you will get 8 new high-quality photosets, 1 solo video featuring the hottest British men and 3 hardcore feature videos shot in our own unique, fun & horny style. In addition to the regular updates, we also occasionally release bonus sets. These bonus set usually consist of behind-the-scenes photos from our video shoots or screen capture galleries from our videos. Other sites try to pass off screencap galleries as their version of a photo update. We have more respect for you than that and only offer screencap galleries as bonuses... never a regular scheduled update!
Am I able to download and keep the videos? Absolutely! UKNM videos are available as streaming video and downloads. Our videos do not require you to have a DRM (Digital Rights Management) license to play them. They are your's forever to enjoy. However, it is illegal to share these videos or photos on the internet or burn them to disc and sell or share them with others. We ask that you respect our legal ownership of these images and videos. Enjoy them but do NOT share them!
What formats and sizes are your videos? Our videos are available in both Windows Media (wmv) and Quicktime (mp4) formats and will play on both pcs and Macs. Our high quality videos are 960x540 pixels and are encoded at a 1,500 kbps bitrate, which is DVD quality and will stream fine on most high-speed internet connections. Our most recent videos are also available in HD format at 1280x720 for download, which gives super-sharp images when played full-screen on larger monitors.
How big are your images and can I keep copies of them? Our images are of the highest quality suitable for internet display. All high-quality photos are 1024 pixels on the long side. And unlike most porn sites, our galleries consist of professionally shot photos in artistic settings. You won't see a lot of photos of guys sitting on boring beige beds or old sticky couches. We try harder! And when you do find photos that rev-up your engines, simply right-click your mouse and save the image to your computer. We now offer ZIP file downloads of complete photosets. However, it is illegal to share these videos or photos on the internet or burn them to disc and sell or share them with others. We ask that you respect our legal ownership of these images and videos. Enjoy them but do NOT share them!
